Saturday, October 19, 2019 - Bramble, dark cherry, wild strawberry, smoke, liquorice, forest floor. Developing. Dry palate, high acidity, medium tannins, quite fine, long finish. Oak is quite evident, but reasonably well integrated. Fruit is still quite primary, this still has plenty of life ahead of it - it definitely opens up with time in the decanter. Better than the average village wine.
