Saturday, January 9, 2021 - 8.5 hours upon opening into Sydonios le Septentrional glass (“No” day): Medium garnet to the eyes.

Smoke infused red and purplish berries and cherries. Strong white spices that is well integrated.

Ambitious but delivering well in its acidity and tannin balance. Silky but more volumetric tannins.

93-94 points.
