Saturday, December 6, 2014 - The Thirteenth Annual Stonefields Dinner (Guelph, Ontario, Canada): Wow...this was mind boggling on the nose. Aromas of dried flowers, spice, forrest floor, plum, tart red fruit, earth, mushroom and minerals.
Palate is so smooth, harmonious and integrated...there are no edges to this wine...pure tart fruit, earth, soy, cedar, sandalwood, cedar, dried red flowers and minerals.
The finish is long, complex and layered....wow.
