Wednesday, February 10, 2021 - [Blind] At first this is pretty indistinguishable from the Vernay Condrieu to me, but I have very little experience with white Rhone. Maybe just a hint darker in colour here. Nose is smoky and waxy. Exotic spice, coriander, cumin. Palate is similarly dry and pithy. Almost bitter. Uniquely striking / coating on the back palate. Interesting to try.
