Thursday, June 9, 2016 - Not quite as dry as I was expecting, though quite refreshing. Nice straw color with good acid, finish made me think of manzanilla sherry.
Paired well with tapas consisting of manchego and roasted red pepper topped crostini and assorted pickled vegetables.
