Thursday, April 17, 2014 - Very good!
Nose with yeast, bread, red and yellow apples, flowers, pears & tropical fruits in the background and some oak hints.
Wonderful on the palate, with sparkling mousse, lemon, apples, peaches, minerals, chalk and good acidity.
Very good composition.
This will be a great Champagne with maturity.
