Tuesday, November 9, 2021 - Drank from a bottle that's been recorked and rebottled at the chateau in 2019. Thought this would be off its prime but in reality it's drinking beautifully now. Outstanding color - does not look its age at all! Velvety with pepper and herbal notes.
