Friday, January 1, 2016 - Elegant in style, with excellent purity and flavor concentration. Light to medium in body with a nice core of fresh red cherry fruit, so fresh that there are some green edges, though it only adds to the appeal for me. Also shows good medium persistence on the finale. This has really improved over the last year. I'm probably going to give my last bottle some extended cellar time to see how it evolves. Another five years should be no problem.
