Saturday, March 22, 2014 - We did a seared yellow fin tuna with a pistachio crust. The wine was used in the sauce before coating the fish. This was a very good meal paired with broccolini, red peppers and rice . There was lots of wine left to enjoy with the meal. Lots of fruit flavours. Especially a bit colder.
