Sunday, March 4, 2018 - Gave if a couple hours of slow-ox. Ripe cherry, loam, and just a touch of leather on the generous nose. Same profile on the palette with the welcomed addition of ditter chocolate and a stronger earthy presence along with some secondary black soy and mocha. Mid-full body with a nice mixture of resolved and chewy tannins. Cherry and smoked chocolate escort the lingering finish.
