Tuesday, June 26, 2012 - Birthday Celebration (Balena - Chicago IL): Black fruit aromas with some cedar and great meaty spice. Similar on palate with everything in good balance already today. I imagine this is near its peak drinking window today, but would expect it to hold well for decades to come.
