Wednesday, November 8, 2017 - Purple, opaque, bright and shiny no rim variation. Nose has organic barnyard with pale hints of red fruits but searching, tears are fast and practically sheet like. Puckering tannin but dominant, med alcohol, med acidity, lacking a center and thin; dense short finish. Something is restrained in this glass Bacchus believes this wine will blossom in three to five years, and better to have with red meat
