Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Drank on Xmas day with roast beef and chicken. The last time I had this, approximately 15 years ago, it was harsh with very prominent tannins hiding the fruit. Today, it has developed into a beautiful wine. Lovely black fruits with a long finish. Hard to see how it will get much better, but must have a few more years of drinking window.
