Wonderful bouquet that swirls (and adheres) on palate and in the nose. The structure seemed a bit austere in the mouth. (Although after our 9th 96 Burg for the evening I'm not sure we weren't suffering from a bit of acid overload!) This is a big wine with many good years left.
