Saturday, October 21, 2023 - Tasted without airing and for the next 3 hours. Game stew w/moose and lingon jam. Beautiful dark ruby colour. Black and red fruit aromas, oak and tobacco on the nose. Nicely developed and aromas of ripe, sligthly dried fruit. Powerful wine with good mouthfeel. Full bodied. Tannins well intergrated and rounded, but still potent. Good drinking window, but potential for further aging.
