Tuesday, March 24, 2015 - Very light yellow, transparent with no sediment and no bubbles. Dry white wine with mild nose of butter, grass, flint and and cat pee. Medium legs. Mild palate of butter, egg yolk, lemon and honey. Light viscosity, little acidity. Short floral finish, reminiscent of roses or daisies.
