Saturday, March 18, 2023 - Saturday evening in diessenhofen. Pairing it with an entrecôte from over the border in Germany 🇩🇪. Deep purple color. Mushrooms, wet forest floor, dried black cherries and blueberries on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, chewy tannins and med finish. Nice dried cherries, herby touch, chewy green tannins, a little watery on the finish. Overall I find this a very nice quality. Nose is amazing, mouth is good, finish maybe a bit disappointing. A rather nice QPR.
