Monday, May 31, 2021 - Pale straw.
Light hint of honey, fine stonefruit, white flowers.
Very smooth, has definitely mellowed, flavours are very clean but soft. No oxidative characters or obvious development. Chablis like talc and citrus. Extremely well preserved but has been losing intensity for a little while.
