Needs a little time to open up after twenty-five years in the bottle - the last glass was clearly the best. Only off-dry by now but wonderfully fresh and elegant, hardly showing its age and certainly not tired, floral and slatey nose with a sea-breeze; Sonnenuhr-peach, candied lemon and wax on the palate, energetic and intense; very good length. Perfectly balanced and at ease with itself.
