Sunday, April 6, 2014 - The layered bouquet of charcuterie, pepper, lavender, lilac, smoke, tar, Mediterranean herbs, garrigue, and many other pleasantries, fills the air where the wine is poured. The richly structured palate reveals exceptional depth and intriguing texture. Great grip on the finish. Excellent oak treatment, alcohol is a bit sharp at present but should integrate with time. A big and subtle wine.
