Saturday, March 2, 2019 - Opened this yesterday (pop and pour), and it was stunning. In the fridge overnight. Key lime, a touch of vanilla, then smoky and stony. Wonderfully fragrant. On the palate, just wow. Excellent acidity, more lime and then pure Meursault smoke and stone. Great texture, and just beautiful. Drinking so well right now, but no rush to drink whatsoever.
