Thursday, March 12, 2020 - Pop and pour. Pure Perrieres goodness. It took about 30 minutes to open up, but then a lovely hazelnut streak, before a touch of soft reduction/struck match, intense citrus, but so generous. On the palate, lovely acidity, fantastic density: viscous, but light at the same time; mineral oil, lemon, vanilla, hazelnut and smoke. Just a lovely bottle.
