Saturday, May 9, 2015 - Screw Cap. The wine was dark salmon in colour and offered red fruit, raspberry, strawberry, orange peel, vegetal notes and some smoke on the nose. On the palate the wine showed red fruit, vegetal notes, some smoke and a hint of liquorice, supplemented by very mild spiciness, with low tannin, medium-level acidity and good length. The medium-bodied wine was dry, yet the fruit seemed sweet. A solid, enjoyable Bordeaux Rosé.
