Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - Pristine bottle last night, absolutely nothing tired or maderized about it. PNP, was ready to go right out of the gates. Shockingly lively nose, so much fruit. And more fruit. A complex array of apples and pears, perfectly balanced with mineral and white flowers, gorgeous acidity and fine bubbles.
