Thursday, April 9, 2015 - Definitely on the elegant and restrained side for Chassagne. Floral nose almost Chablis-like. Straw colored, juicy palate, great minerality. Delicious now, but would probably be rewarded with better integration with more patience. The dilemna with PYC!
