Sunday, January 23, 2011 - Cork was in great shape - red only 1/2 way. Decanted 1.5 hours and served with veal osso buco and risotto milanese. Amazingly vibrant yet balanced, it is the perfect example of why aged bordeaux has no equal. Drinking very well now and should last for at least another 3-5 years.
