Saturday, April 28, 2012 - Medium red with brick edges, very little bouquet at first, slight red & black cherry, earthy, some tobacco, plenty of fruit in balance with tannins and acidity. Needs a couple of hours in carafe. Very smooth on palate with a nice medium length finish. No signs of decline.Tasted better with the mild cheese course than the spicy duck breast entree.
