Tuesday, August 27, 2019 - YES! This was rocking - drinking exactly as its supposed to. Still a rich densely packed wine that has many years to go.
Gorgeous opaque color at the core. Dark ruby with bricking at the rim.
Nose is dark cherries, camphor, slightly used leather saddle with some funk and some light purple flowers.
Palate is still packed with energy. More dark red fruit, dark earth and deep rich spice. This is killer.
So good. Clearly was stored just right.
