Saturday, August 21, 2021 - Opened (but not decanted) two hours before drinking. Was the fourth bottle at a dinner for four, despite dulled senses, this Cos impressed. Very expressive on the nose, lots of complexity with layers of flavours coming thru. Still vibrant and lots of life. A excellent Cos.
