Thursday, September 9, 2021 - Epic Bordeaux for an Epic Birthday!; 9/1/2021-9/12/2021 (Paris & Bordeaux): A few years later and ex-Chateau and this wine is in a truly great place. You can taste the slightly more austere style of the wine but this was a big year and you get a nice fleshiness from that. I think I come out more for the ‘85 because it was a bit more complex and I kindof gravitate towards some of the less fruit forward versions but this was really nice.
