Thursday, December 23, 2021 - Uncorked 2 hours before pouring (not decanted). Immediately expressive on the nose - fruit, spice and vanilla. On the palate, sweet dark fruits framed by coffee, chocolate and woody notes. After some time in glass, fruits give way to more spice, leather and a hint of leafiness. Good acidity throughout and good length on the finish. A wonderful drink enjoyed with chicken marsala
