Friday, December 31, 2021 - Opened 1 hour prior. Light ruby color. Sandlewood, tar, black fruits, saddle leather, orange peel, tobacco leaf and barnyard. Light, spry palate and likely in its finally drinking window.
p.s. snake river farm filets and cauliflower purée and arugula/butter lettuce salad
