Thursday, June 13, 2013 - Lovely fruit, intense but at the same time quite elegant. Ripe Strawberries mix with slightly bitter orange, apples and rhubarb. Some notes of glue/turpentine. On the palate medium+ acidity and a bit of funk and herbs. Still lots of fruit but here more towards the redder spectrum. Medium+ finish. Really good stuff, but not your typical aperitif rose. Has the feeling of a serious wine. Save it for the main meal instead.
