Tuesday, July 22, 2014 - Tasted as part of a Peter Paul Wines sit down tasting. The champagne is a Grand Cru Cuvee produced in France by Lallier specifically for Peter Paul Wines. It is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. The nose was slightly muted but the palate provided wonderful hints of green apple and apricot. A very enjoyable glass of bubbles overall.
