Saturday, May 15, 2021 - Decanted for one hour. Nose of blackberry, gamey meat, licorice, vanilla and spice. Ripe black fruit, gamey meat, licorice, vanilla and fine tannins on the palate. Very long, layered finish with waves of flavor. Excellent depth. Full bodied. An outstanding wine. Served with smoked pulled pork.
