Wednesday, December 17, 2014 - Wonderfully elegant nose. Fresh bramble, Black pepper, ink, tyme and West seems to be Graves-like minerality. In the mouth it has refreshing acidity, and amble tannins and a bitter bite. The green pepper note is obvious, but really refreshing. It has lovely grip, and the finish is longer than it is complet, but High level.
