Thursday, October 12, 2017 - Popped and poured. This wine is filled to the brim with tension. The flavors are in the mineral and citrus fruit spectrum and the volume is turned up quite high in terms of the flavor intensity. There is a lot of intensity in this wine. Such a great site and a really enjoyable wine. Drink now for its sheer intensity or follow it over the next 10 - 20 years.
