Saturday, August 16, 2014 - It is very flexible and can paired with many different deserts. Not too sweet with a great balance of acidity and aromas. We get peach, citrus and hints of green apple that has a clean finish. We really like this desert wine. In fact we like it so much, we have joined the Robert Mondavi Wine Club and only get this wine. We keep a supply in our cellar.
