Saturday, April 10, 2021 - Yes yes yes! Very happy with this bottle and where it’s at after 8 years. Brought it to a friend to celebrate his promotion.

Immediately lots of ripe, plush red fruit as well as dark fruit, stewed cherry but not in a overly sweet way. Some toasted notes, nutmeg, leather. Thicker in structure with a nice full mouthfeel. Tannins still very alive with a persistent aftertaste. Not much else that I could desire from this bottle. I’ll be happy to revisit in a few years, I’m sure it will still be kicking *ss.
