Tuesday, July 28, 2020 - 16.3% abv. Medium ruby, extremely aromatic. Ripe plum, white pepper, red cherry highlights, some mint on the back end. Some secondary flavors like saddle leather and olive making an appearance and adding a grippy, savory claret note. Excellent depth and length. This very enjoyable wine is handling its extreme alcohol very well. A delicious and very singular wine.
