Tuesday, January 13, 2015 - Delicate bodied, high toned fruit, the negociant's light hand in the cellar allowed the old vines to reveal their sophisticated band of flavours. Don't know specifically which end of the cote-de-nuits-village this came from, but I am led to believe it's from the Fixin / Brochon end - but I am always wrong with guessing such matters. A cellar defender for this Burgundy lover.
