Tuesday, February 17, 2015 - Tasted blind. Clear, day bright, medium straw with some green hues and rim variation. There is medium staining and medium legs. The nose is clean, medium (+) in intensity and youthful, with aromas of citrus, stone fruit, petrol and some sweet spice. The palate is off-dry, with apple, pear, lime, peach, apricot and some stony minerality on the finish. The alcohol is medium, the acidity is medium (+) - as is the body, length of the finish and the complexity. This is a very distinctive white and is likely to increase in complexity over the next several years.
