Monday, December 7, 2020 - From Magnum, thanks to Rob Caine. Compact notes of ripe citrus and apples paired with Ramonet resin. Very dry, so minerality imparts a bitter note. This is a very young wine that could age for years. It was great to see a sound 2000 Ramonet after so many premoxed siblings. This bottle could have reached 95+ if it had been allowed to age. Or, are these 2000 whites going to stay right here with interrupted development?
