Saturday, February 18, 2023 - Last of my 3 bottles First night seemed a bit past its prime. Day two the color was more vibrant, the wine smoother. The fruit more beautiful and forward I thought it would be the other way around on an older wine.
Not sure if they did any more of these projects but enjoyed them quite immensely
