Friday, May 23, 2014 - Mild bricking but generally deep garnet/ruby. Nose and palate is fig and deep stewed fruit. Tannins are limited and not much acidity. I enjoy the flavour but it makes me wonder whether it's past due. Enjoyable as I'm learning the age-ability of Sangio and this feels like the limit to me. Love Felsina though, this I bet would have been better a couple years ago. Only bottle so I'll search for other younger vintages to check them out.
