James Suckling recent blind reappraisal of 97 Tuscan is correct in its high praise and evolution. This wine is still very tannic with mineral licorice notes that should evolve beautifully from here. Will hold my last 2 until 2010+. Drank beautifully w Truffled Italian Cheese w Tartufo Honey(almost as Mike Bittel would say a Religioous Experience..
