Wednesday, February 28, 2018 - Slow oxed for 5.5 hours. Nose has the signature spearmint, straw, lemon zest, oak. Palate opens up beautifull with very nice intensity with very refined stuffing. The finish is very elegant. This is more accessible than my expectation. Drinking well already.
