Sea weed nose
Crisp with appealing nuttiness, slightly heavier than equivalent J fino, but not cloying as the sea breeze effect takes hold.
Shows distinctive Puerta SM characteristics more clearly than I can remember in any fino. Sets out to do a job and succeeds.
