Monday, November 10, 2014 - Big, flavourful mouthful of wine. Apple and pear on the nose, with floral notes and some earthiness. Big on the palate. Long, smooth finish. Definitely new-world in style, and an excellent example of such. It went wonderfully with cassoulet at dinner, with enough depth and power to complement it's spiciness.
