Saturday, May 18, 2019 - Some toastiness and slight honeyed notes, but otherwise lacking in complexity for a vintage wine. Enjoyable for a social occasion with people who enjoy champagne, but I would not hold out for a special event. Drink now, I don't think it's going to develop any more and you risk it going downhill if you hold on.
